You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service. If you use Tapback on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when using the Service.
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• Avoid submitting abusive, defamatory, false, or misleading feedback.
• Not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or compromise the Service.

5. Prohibited Use

You must not:

• Submit fake or coordinated fraudulent feedback.
• Use bots, scripts, or automated means to manipulate ratings.
• Upload malware or malicious code.
• Violate any applicable law or third‑party rights.
• Misuse AI features to harass, deceive, or impersonate others.

6. AI Outputs

Tapback may generate AI‑assisted comment options, summaries, classifications, alerts, and fraud flags. These outputs are provided to support decision‑making and may not be accurate in every case. The user and the establishment remain responsible for final review and action.

7. Escalation and Notifications

Tapback may notify designated managers or senior personnel when negative, urgent, or suspicious feedback is detected. Users acknowledge that such notifications are part of the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in Tapback, including software, design, branding, workflows, AI logic, and content created by VDM Business Innovations, remain the property of VDM Business Innovations or its licensors.

9. Third‑Party Services

The Service may depend on third‑party services such as hosting, analytics, messaging, or authentication providers. We are not responsible for third‑party failures or policies.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.
